With a career spanning nearly three decades, I bring a wealth of hands-on experience and leadership to the building and construction industry. My journey began in 1995 as an apprentice carpenter, where I developed a strong foundation in craftsmanship and on-site practices. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with several respected firms, including EPPS Construction and GSE Construction, each role contributing to my growth both professionally and personally.

My career has taken me to a diverse range of sites, from heritage restoration projects—like the refurbishment of the historic Chillenden Post Mill in Nonington—to large-scale infrastructure developments such as the new Paddington Underground Station in London. Each project has offered unique challenges and learning opportunities, helping shape the professional I am today, acting as a Project Manager at AW Construction, where I oversee key developments across the Southeast of England.

Currently, I manage projects for high-profile clients including Christ Church Canterbury University, Eurotunnel, and Givaudan. My role involves overseeing all aspects of project delivery—from planning and scheduling through to execution and handover—ensuring everything runs smoothly, and to the highest standard.

I am passionate about what I do and consider myself fortunate to work in a field I truly enjoy. I take pride in being professional, approachable, and an effective communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels and foster strong working relationships across the board. Whether it’s verbal briefings, written reports, or team coordination, I aim to ensure that everyone is on the same page and moving toward a shared goal.
