EUROTUNNEL PROJECTS

Over the past six months we have been very busy working on a site just a stone’s throw from our offices here in Folkestone, in fact we can see the trains arriving and departing from the office window!

Having a dedicated team working at Eurotunnel allows us to complete a variety of projects and general maintenance activities. Just a taster of what has been completed:

Road Marshalls Tea Room – Refurbishing existing Road Marshalls team room including new carpet tiles, floor tiles, kitchen, and decorations.

Euroscan Freight Waiting Room – Refurbishing existing Euroscan freight waiting and air lock. New ceiling tiles, whiterock wall cladding to all walls, blocking up window opening and installing new steel fire door set.

Pete Walton Tea Room – Strip out old office area and supply and fit new kitchenette including new flooring, decorations, and ceiling tiles.

Ground Floor Kitchenette – Strip out existing kitchen and fit new including decorations, flooring and building cupboard for electrical boards.

Coach Hall Tea Room – Strip up existing flooring. Supply and fit new kitchenette, clean existing ceiling grid, decorate all walls and lay new vinyl floor coverings.

PTB Undercroft Post Room – Refurbish three areas of the undercroft post room. Works including blocking up 2 no openings, forming new opening through, relocating existing doors and lining, new kitchenette area, decorations, and carpet tiles throughout.

Mess Room – Knock through main wall between two rooms and install structural goal post frame, block up existing serving hatch opening, decorate all and supply and fit new flooring throughout.

Buying Office  – Wall Removals and flooring – Remove office partitioning to PTB building and relocate to another office making amendments, as necessary.
