It’s been a good start to our recently won tender for FHDC External Works Programme and we have ben very busy surveying properties that fall under the remit of this tender.
One of the first projects that came to us was for the re-rendering of a property down in Dymchurch, which also included several other repairs:
- Render 3 elevations
- Brickwork Repairs
- Gutter renewal/repairs
With the residents in situ careful programming and placement of the scaffold to allow us to complete the works was required. Planning to allow for minimal disruption was achieved with an ongoing flow of communication to the residents.
It’s July and summer should be here, but of course the British weather cannot be relied on and therefore each day’s schedule of work had to be adjusted to suit the weather, luckily our operatives along with our Project Manager, Daniel Bannister came through and delivered the works on time.
Having works based locally to our HQ here in Folkestone and the majority of our staff and operatives living locally is always a bonus as well!
