The guys that were on with me, Shahin Miah and Christian Gorjanu where absolutely brilliant. Their motivation and work ethic were great and they both were a big support during the works undertaken. Moving forward using AW rail, I would like to, if possible, request these two guys in particular to be on the timber team alongside Kenneth and myself. I also had feedback from the Pway lads, and they were just as good at supporting the Pway management team and worked brilliantly.

AW Rail have been working to help deliver critical survey works on structures throughout the Kent & Sussex routes, much of the works are short notice and AW Rail always manage to deliver for us, we use AW Rail for all our plant, materials, access, additional supervision and labour needed to deliver these critical works, we have formed a good working relationship with both the office staff and operatives working alongside us on the ground.

Over the years you and your team have supplied Keltbray with various high skilled staff who have conducted themselves very well in every situation and have worked up a rapport with some site staff from Keltbray meaning they are on first name basis and are specifically asked for on future works. Staff sometimes move around at the last minute to accommodate cancelled or last-minute shifts, without much complaint or hassle.

The office staff we deal with on a day-to-day basis bend over backwards to cover whatever we throw at them, nothing is ever an effort or issue for the guys to deal with and to be fair they usually deal with a lot of last minute requests from our side most weeks. We have a great relationship with the guys which has been built up over several years and long may it continue.

In the many years that I have worked with AW Rail I have seen them grow from humble beginnings into a well organised flexible company able to cover all my requirements within the sector. I primarily employ their brick work teams to carry out challenging specialist brickwork within Victorian Arches for Network Rail which need to be carried out speedily, sympathetically but most of all structurally sound.

There are a multitude of companies out there that can supply labour but inevitably one gets sent numbers and not gangs or operatives that fulfil my requirements. This is the difference between AW Rail and other suppliers, they send the right people to carry out whatever the task I set which allows me to have confidence that the works will get complete on time, on budget and correctly allowing me to get on with my job!

My AW Rail teams include at least 1 artisan bricklayer, 1 improver and a skilled operative. They have fully trained competent operatives, new vehicles, well maintained plant and PPE, and a call out facility. I have a dedicated manager dealing with my works who is always available, excellent H&S management and a fully stocked yard to cover every eventuality and 24/7 emergency.
