AW CONSTRUCTION – TSB CLOSURES
TSB Closures – In 2021 AW Construction were awarded the contract to strip out of 80+ TSB banks across the UK. Appointed by the main contractor WATES, we were responsible for surveying, costing, project management, site management, furniture removal, strip out, BWIC, safe removals, vinyling and boarding up of windows and the full site clean, handovers
For these TSB Closures we deployed several teams across the country for the continuous 6 month roll out. Whilst we were being held to meet a very tight and strict schedule, all staff at AW Construction put in a gigantic effort to see this was successfully achieved
AW Construction were able to meet all set targets in relation to waste disposal. With ZERO waste sent to landfill and a huge 95% of all materials recycled, we were able to finish this project with a positive outcome regarding our environmental footprint.
