AW Group – Head Office
AW Group Head Office
With the slowdown in construction during the Covid Pandemic in 2019 and the acquisition of our new site here in Folkestone, AW Group decided to use this time to look to the future of the business. And for us it was back to where it all began in 2013 except this time it’s not one room in the corner!
We moved the AW Group operations, Rail, Construction & Labour into new, purpose-built offices. By utilising our site teams to assist in the build, where many other companies were forced to furlough staff or end contracts with self-employed workers, we retained ours. This way we ensured that when the world began to open back up, we still had the same great team to deliver the services our clients had come to expect of us.
Acquiring five bare units the scope of the works was extensive. We wanted a building that could grow with us as we expand but also provide a safe and user-friendly workspace for our staff.
If you are ever in Folkestone, then do drop in and see us (Current Covid Restrictions Allowing) – we’ll be happy to give you a tour.
As ever, if you have any questions or a project that you are looking for someone to tender on (no matter how big or small local or nationwide) then do, please call us, all our staff are happy to help, and our Construction MD Thomas Locke or Rail MD Kahraman Ongul are always happy to take your enquiry.
