AW Construction – Bathroom Disabled Adaptations
Disabled Adaptations – Continuing our work on bathroom disabled adaptations for another client via our successful contract win from Canterbury City Council – stripping out an existing bathroom and creating a walk-in wet room that meets DDA regulations, part of an ongoing framework of adaptations.
This adaptation needed careful consideration of layout and planning as the client required a specific set of needs.
Our Project Management Team and Tenant Liaison Officer gave their assistance to the client at every stage of the process ensuring that we delivered a quality product on time and within budget.
Given the space limitations of this adaptation our construction team worked hard to make sure that the needs of the client were met at every stage. Yet again this has been a real team effort here at AW Construction and we and more importantly the client is delighted with the outcome.
Each disabled adaptation requires a sensitive approach to the works needed and no two projects are the same. We excel are getting out teams involved to provide each client with a positive approach to the works, often having to make minor adaptations to suit their needs.
