AW Construction are delighted to announce that we have secured a new project in the heart of Ashford’s Commercial Quarter.

CAT A Fit Out Works to the First Floor Offices at Connect 38 Ashford.

Covering some 12,000 sq ft we will carry out a programme of CAT A works to provide a space ready for occupation in the latter half of 2023.

The works are varied and not limited to:

• Supply and installation of a comprehensive and fully operational comfort cooling/heating and ventilation system.
• Suspended ceiling grid with tiles.
• Electrical installation including 3 Phase supply with distribution boards and meters for local power and lighting.
• The supply and installation of flush fitting LED lighting units throughout the floor with emergency lighting.
• Supply and install of fire alarm sounders, detector heads and associated cabling.

All elements of the works are being delivered by our in house teams of electricians and fit out specialists. Our electrical apprentice, Jo, is particularly looking forward to starting on this project and he is studying at Ashford College and this will add to his portfolio of projects worked on in the commercial sector.
