New Project Start – Lecture Theatre – Canterbury Christ Church University

We start several new projects this week across the campus at Christ Church University, the works being carried out at Daphne Oram Creative Arts building are progressing very well all overseen by our resident Projects Manager.

The flooring refurbishment to this large 230 seat lecture theatre within Old Sessions House begins this week. With all the seat coverings now separated from the seat frames we can begin the careful removal of the seat frames themselves. Once this has been completed the old flooring will be carefully uplifted ready for the new flooring to be laid.

All our teams enjoy working within the university campuses and are certainly getting to know many of the buildings very well as we continue to provide a wide range of general building and facilities management services to the estates team.
