AW Group Charity Golf Day

Well, what can we say? In fact, words have failed us here at AW Group HQ as the tally for monies raised in support of our charity fundraiser for Maya have now topped £10k!

No matter what part you played in our first large scale charity event we owe you a huge debt of gratitude. The comments that we have received from those that played, helped on the day and from external sources have been quite overwhelming and you should ALL be tremendously proud of what has been achieved.

The generosity of all those that took part and donated their winning cash prizes from the Top 3 Teams, Beat the Pro, Nearest the Pin, purchased raffle tickets or who simply came to us with donations goes to show how strong the emotions were in helping raise funds for Maya and her family to be able to spend as much time with their daughter as possible.

We know that Maya’s family will want to thank each and everyone of you that helped us reach this amount!

There are way too many people to thank, including all the staff at Sene Valley Golf Course, Halfway House (the sausage rolls were awesome) in this communication but hats off to the teams that played on what turned out to be a glorious day after a considerable downpour early in the morning;
