AW Construction – New Project Start – Arch Strip Out

This week saw us start the first of many strip out projects within the infamous arches across London. Our team has already made great progress on the strip out programme of this derelict arch, sadly it had been used as a site for cultivation of drugs and the subsequent fire had caused a lot of internal damage. We’d love to be able to bring you some pics but the site is quite a state !

Our site team made sure that all isolations were made before commencing works allowing us to safely carry out these works. Careful logistics planning has been incorporated so that we have a constant drop off and collection of skips and other specialist waste removal carriers attending site.

The scope of works was comprehensive but not limited too:

• Remove all floor coverings.
  Remove all waste internally and externally.
  Remove all internal non load bearing walls.
  Remove WC and cap off supplies.
