We have been proudly supporting EKC here in Folkestone with a variety of materials over the past year, everything from surplus, reclaimed timber and bricks to a wide range of commercial decorating materials in support of a several of the courses run at the college.

Of course, top of the supply was the timber and bricks, so it seemed appropriate to sponsor the Carpentry and Joinery along with Bricklaying award at the recent Student Celebration Awards at The Burlington Hotel here in Folkestone.

We hope that Charlie goes on to find suitable employment or furthers his education within the carpentry and joinery sector and to Liam who was awarded a Level 2 Bricklaying award – from our experience we certainly are aware of the shortage of bricklayers entering into both the rail and construction industry – spend your vouchers wisely!
