AW Group – Christmas – New Year Opening Hours 2024/2025

From everyone here at AW Rail and AW Construction we would like to wish all our Clients, Contractors, Suppliers and other Stakeholders a very Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.

2024 has been an interesting year and we could not have done it without you, we have worked on such a wide range of projects over the past 12 months it would be impossible to pick a favourite!

Our HQ here in Folkestone officially closes December 23rd at 1600hrs and will reopen on January 2nd, 2025, at 0800hrs. During this period many of our staff will still be answering their phones and responding to emails.

Additionally, here at AW Rail we have a 24hour emergency on call phone number 07842 056019 should you require any support in your projects, or indeed for any emergency works that you may require filling.

Whilst traditionally this period in the year is seen as down time, there are many, including staff across AW Group who will be out working delivering projects under tight deadlines, probably whilst up against the unpredictable British winter weather, all carried out whilst maintaining the highest safety and quality standards that we have become well known for.

No matter what sector or industry you may find yourself working in please stay safe and make sure you, your colleagues and staff get home safe, every day. Remember to check in on those you know that are working over this period or those that are not– even if it’s just to say “hi” … sometimes the smallest gesture can have the biggest impact!
