Jack Parnell

An experienced and results-driven Project Manager, Jack holds a BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and possesses a strong track record of delivering complex new-build, refurbishment, and heritage projects.

At AW Construction, he primarily works on our Arch Co portfolio, expertly navigating the unique demands of these developments across the regeneration of railway arches throughout London and further afield.

Jack leads projects from early planning and design coordination through to final handover, frequently operating within highly constrained or sensitive environments. Known for his decisive, hands-on leadership style, he combines deep technical expertise with rigorous cost and programme control to consistently deliver safe, high-quality, and seamlessly coordinated outcomes for our clients.
