SWEATY BETTY ASHFORD DESIGNER OUTLET

We were delighted to hand over another project for our clients at The Ashford Designer Outlet earlier this year ready for the opening of a new retailer at this well-known retail site in the heart of Kent.

Having worked on various units at this distinctive tent styled structure we are always pleased to act for new clients and prepare their new retail space ready for stock and trading.

On this project we worked closely with the incoming tenant as they had some last minute design changes that we had to incorporate into our programme schedule to meet the agreed handover date ready for them to begin trading.

There were various works that we undertook within the first phase of the strip out to achieve a blank canvas so that we could assist with the design and subsequent fitout requirements. white boxing and partially fitting out for the incoming tenant.

On this project we assisted with design of:

• M&E
• HVAC
• Flooring
• Back and Front of House
• Kitchen Installation
• DDA compliant WC
• Testing & Commissioning of Electrics

During the fitout stages we worked closely with our approved sub-contractors for the following works:

• Fire Alarm
• Ventilation
• Flooring
• Firestopping

Our Project Manager worked very closely with the Ashford Designer Outlet team and the client, producing all design drawings in line with the clients’ specifications and requirements, producing As Built Drawings and O&M Manual for the client.

Sweaty Betty opened their doors to the public from its now permanent location here in Ashford and we wish them well – do pop in and see them when you are in the area.
