In the many years that I have worked with AW Rail I have seen them grow from humble beginnings into a well organised flexible company able to cover all my requirements within the sector. I primarily employ their brick work teams to carry out challenging specialist brickwork within Victorian Arches for Network Rail which need to be carried out speedily, sympathetically but most of all structurally sound. There are a multitude of companies out there that can supply labour but inevitably one gets sent numbers and not gangs or operatives that fulfil my requirements. This is the difference between AW Rail and other suppliers, they send the right people to carry out whatever the task I set which allows me to have confidence that the works will get complete on time, on budget and correctly allowing me to get on with my job! My AW Rail teams include at least 1 artisan bricklayer, 1 improver and a skilled operative. They have fully trained competent operatives, new vehicles, well maintained plant and PPE, and a call out facility. I have a dedicated manager dealing with my works who is always available, excellent H&S management and a fully stocked yard to cover every eventuality and 24/7 emergency.
