AW Construction has been undertaking national roll outs for many retailers’ financial institutions, government departments, restaurants, and well-known supermarket chains. We can ensure that our high-quality service is uniform, regardless of location, and, therefore, the uniformity of your brand or project remains intact.
Our diligent in-house team can and will carry out a multitude of tasks whether we have been given a detailed brief by our client or are asked to carry a true one stop service by providing initial site surveys, full building surveys, site investigations on the project, putting together a scope and programme of works, procurement of materials – all just a small part of what we do day in day out, 365 days a year. We know that no two sites are the same and can offer their own unique challenges – this is where we at AW Construction excel. Preparation is key to our seamless operation.
When our project team arrives on-site, they will have everything they need to complete a fit out, facelift or installation – more importantly they will have been briefed extensively beforehand so that any questions they may have been dealt with offsite rather than when they are on site.
In addition, some materials can be held in one of our secure storage facilities prior to commencing work, we can also manufacture items off site ready for installation reducing the time a commercial space maybe out of operation.
Our on-site team is supported by the commercial and off-site operational teams, who ensure that everything is checked and then cross-checked ready for work to commence. This means once we start a project we can be in and out of a location in the specified time allocated to the project. We are used to carrying out works out of hours to minimise disruption to daily operations, particularly relevant should you have a space within a shopping centre or a pedestrianised area.
It’s worth considering that not all roll out campaigns are the same, as much as new signage and branding may catch the eye, we work across many elements. You may be considering a roll out of new EPOS systems, changes to store frontage, complete re-plans of interiors, updating chiller cabinets, banks or building societies they maybe closing, redecoration or refurbishment, all things that we are doing day in day out for clients right across the country.
Some facilities may be aging and need upgrading to comply with the latest regulations and safety. This may include electrical and mechanical elements, fire compartmentations or replacement of combustible materials, the implementation of ramps, railings, and level thresholds to comply with The Disability Discrimination Act.
There’s nothing like a fresh coat of paint, new tiling, replacing carpets and ceilings to give any store a fresh and modern finish. So, whether it is the refit of a store, replacing banking machines like ATMs, store rebranding, or upgrading existing facilities for the latest incentives, marketing campaigns or environmentally friendly refill and recycling stations, we have been there and done it.
AW Construction is also well versed in working across national roll out campaigns with existing incumbent contractors, our skills in planning and programming works ensure that everyone turns up on the day and more importantly the correct time. Whether that be contractors for security, sprinkler or fire and smoke systems, or any other trades which you may employ nationally. Alternatively, we can offer our own services to cover these crucial areas.
