With over 25 years’ experience in the rail sector, I worked for AW Rail for 3 years as a contract manager and have now progressed my way into the role as Operations Manager for the company. Since starting my career with Balfour Kilpatrick, I have had the privilege of delivering some amazing projects throughout my career, including Crossrail, FTN, various embankment stabilisations, Basingstoke re-signalling, and Leeds to Harrogate re-signalling.

I have worked across all aspects and levels of project delivery and am accountable for the safe delivery of all operations within the business. I have a real passion for delivering a quality product with a focus on ensuring value is created throughout the project life cycle. With a focus on a driven and collaborative approach with customers and suppliers, I reflect this approach across my team here at AW Rail.
