AW Construction Services – We’ve hit the ground running in 2022 and one of our teams are on site with the new fit out of a retail unit for Champion in Portsmouth. A unit we’d previously “white boxed” for an exiting tenant so we knew the unit well when approached by Champion.

As the principal contractor we have been very busy over the past few days and our team have already completed a large part of the fitting out, construction of new walls, 1^st fix wiring, carpentry, ducting, cabling and laying of new flooring for the client. We’ve already remodelled the changing room area and back office to the client’s specification and are on schedule to handover by the agreed date on time and on budget.

Even at this stage of the project the feature walls are looking good. It’s not been without its challenges, but, as ever we are hugely grateful for the experience of our Project and Contracts managers, construction teams and admin staff to bring this project to successful conclusion for the client.
