AW CONSTRUCTION – CLEVELAND CABLE COMPANY
Cleveland Cable Company – We are currently working on several projects as Principal Contractor across the UK. AW Construction was tasked to carry out the full refurbishment of three bathrooms at The Cleveland Cable Company.
The project formed part of our expanding client base and we were delighted to deliver an exceptional result to the client on time and within budget – giving a tired bathroom a more contemporary fresh look. This sort of work is not completely new to us, having recently completed the adaption of several bathrooms into a wet rooms for Canterbury City Council under their disabled adaptations framework.
Led by our Project Management Team the works comprised of:
- Isolation and strip out of existing sanitary ware, fixtures and fittings
- Electrical alterations to suit client request to have flush and tap sensors on automatic controls
- Plumbing alterations to suit new layout and sanitary ware systems
- Installation of new wall and floor tiles
- Installation of vanity units and basins
- Installation of prefabricated Integrated Plumbing System (IPS), including all connections
- Decorating to doors and woodwork
- Replacement of 100sqm worth of suspended ceiling tiles
