AW Construction – New Project Start – Ashford Designer Outlet

This week saw the start of another project to strip out not just one unit at The Ashford Designer Outlet here in Kent, but three!

We’ve been working on this site now for quite a few years and our strip out teams know full well all the little idiosyncrasies of the site. Their knowledge is fundamental in us winning more and more work on large retail sites like this.

This project requires the full strip out of all three units and to begin this process safely our inhouse electricians and plumbers have attended site to isolate all incoming services and set up temporary safe solutions to allow for the safe dismantling of lighting, heating, kitchens, welfare facilities and the partial removal of a wall.

Working collaboratively with the centre management team to ensure everything runs to programme our site and project managers will be carefully overseeing the planned works schedule.
