BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Here at AW Rail Services, we are often asked to provide operatives to cover a multitude of works for other rail contractors. All our staff are fully trained and qualified, often having many years of experience in the rail industry. We excel at this sort of staff provision, and this is why we do it.

Here one of our senior staff members, Anthony Buckley, acting as Competent Person (COSS) along with our Site Supervisor Sam Sharpe are at Wye railway station overseeing MEWP works (along with operatives) for a client that needed access to the upper parts of the building for refurbishment of windows, fascia’s and other areas requiring attention.

Over the years you and your team have supplied Keltbray with various high skilled staff who have conducted themselves very well in every situation and have worked up a rapport with some site staff from Keltbray meaning they are on first name basis and are specifically asked for on future works. Staff sometimes move around at the last minute to accommodate cancelled or last-minute shifts, without much complaint or hassle. The office staff we deal with on a day-to-day basis bend over backwards to cover whatever we throw at them, nothing is ever an effort or issue for the guys to deal with and to be fair they usually deal with a lot of last minute requests from our side most weeks. We have a great relationship with the guys which has been built up over several years and long may it continue.
