I joined the team here at AW Construction (AWC) in June 2025 after returning to work from a career break.
Previously I had worked within the waste industry, moving across into construction in 2013 working in various administrative roles, all of which have set me up to be a good allrounder in any office environment.
Joining AWC has given me the opportunity to combine my skills set from the previous roles and enabled me to gain new experience in this fast-paced company. I love the fact that it is a company growing daily and the new challenges that it presents.
I am proud to be the welcoming face for the company in its bright and modern reception office here at Head Office, Stanley Court. My role here at AWC is very enjoyable made even more so by the people I work with.
My duties are again in a supportive capacity and includes being the personal assistant to Tom Locke, our Managing Director. I also have an extra string to my bow of arranging, planning and organising social events for the company.
In my own time I take pleasure in going to the gym, reading, gardening and enjoying an active social life with my friends and family.
