Today, being International Women’s Day, we’d like to give a shout out for the amazing work that some of our staff do behind the scenes here at AW Group.  In the fast-paced world of rail and construction it’s easy to overlook those that make a major contribution to the running of the business no matter what their role.

Our finance team of Zoe, Kaya and Justine who oversee all the financial aspects of the whole group, making sure that everyone on rail and construction gets paid each week and who deal with the myriad of queries from suppliers and contractors.

Holly and Paige who provide amazing support services to the whole team on construction, Paige who deals with all our recruitment and resources across the group, Holly who assists with planning and support on several national roll out campaigns for our clients and a whole lot more!

If you have ever seen one of the AW Rail vans out on the road across Kent, London and further afield, then it’s Charlotte who keeps our ever-growing fleet road worthy and makes sure that we have the vehicles available ready for our teams to start work each day.
