For our second team building hike we chose a location a little nearer to home, in fact a hill that overlooks our offices here in Folkestone. After the enormous amount of rain, we have had here in the Southeast in the past weeks it was of no surprise that it was a little boggy as we started off following a route that had been pre-planned by one the team.

Whilst the main point of these hikes is for training to complete the Three Peaks, it is also to help with everyone’s mental health, finding out a bit more about each other and to inspire others within the company, our clients, suppliers, family, friends and more.

Saturday’s hike didn’t disappoint and provided many opportunities for laughter and getting to know how fit each member of the team is. Our planned route was marred with a small landslip, flooding and a certain team member being unable to follow a simple route on their phone!
