I currently develop website content, media output and project case studies for both AW Rail and AW Construction Services, supporting a diverse portfolio of works delivered to clients across the UK.

In 2022, I introduced a recycling initiative that has since become a recognised success in reducing waste and strengthening local circular-economy practices. This work contributed to AW Construction Services achieving Gold membership with the Supply Chain Sustainability School and helped AW Rail Services reach the finalist stage in the 2025 RailStaff Awards (Sustainability Category).

Overseeing the social-value programme at AW I have steered the initiative’s evolution from a pilot timber-redistribution project into a full-flown strategy that supports community gardens, training centres, heritage sites and local supply chains, while aligning with the four pillars of social value (environment, workplace, community, philanthropy) and the UK’s PPN 06/20 framework.

With a focus on diverting materials from skip to community use, encouraging local procurement, and embedding pro bono work for heritage and charitable purposes demonstrates our roots in long-term responsibility and tangible benefit. Turning a sustainability idea into operational practice, ensuring AW Group’s commercial activities deliver measurable value to the local economy, environment and people.

I represent both companies at local and national networking events, both online and in person, and support exhibitions as an attendee or exhibitor. I also assist with tender production across the business, contributing to both partial and full submissions. Notably, I led the successful tender submission that secured the London Trams Winter Gritting contract for AW Rail in 2025.

Committed to continuous development, I have accumulated more than 300 hours of CPD covering topics across construction, sustainability and industry best practice. I also have a strong interest in countryside conservation, ecology and biodiversity, supported by several local training courses.
