AW Construction – Week 3 Review – Our teams have been incredibly busy over the past week with works being carried out for several clients both locally here in Kent and across the UK.
A small taster of what we have been involved with:
Disabled Adaptations – new wet room creations, access ramps & handrails across Canterbury
Strip out and white boxing – division of a large retail unit into two separate smaller units at Ashford Outlet
Electrical Testing works – across Kent and South London
New reception facilities – Christchurch University
Our project managers were out and about meeting with new and existing clients with ongoing discussions for refurbishment, strip out, survey works and more. Our experience and knowledge of working within shopping centre environments is being called upon time and time again.
We were awarded more local authority contracts at the end of 2022 to which we are in the planning stages for the deployment of these in a few weeks’ time.
As we dip our toe into week 4 of 2023 one of our teams are heading north to Scotland to complete TCD enabling works as part of a larger framework.
With our ongoing expansion we currently have vacancies for a suitably qualified and experienced Project Manager based at our HQ here in Folkestone.
