AW Rail Services Electrical Works

The rail industry in the UK is moving rapidly and entering a period of huge growth. This, in turn has created a shortage of resource in the industry and has provided AW Rail an opportunity to provide skilled resources for the rail industry – in the form of Rail Labour Supply.

We can offer temporary, contract and permanent labour, skilled labour, technical, project and contract management staffing across the UK. Our particular emphasis is based here in the Southeast where we have a strong working relationship with many of the major rail contractors.

Having gained ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001 accreditation we have a strong emphasis on safety at work.

AW Rail Services can take the hassle out of the process of labour, getting you the staff, you require to undertake your works. Our experienced consultants are ready to offer you the advice and information required to plan your works in the most cost-effective way.

Due to the nature of works carried out on the railways our resources are multi ticketed to work across infrastructure, Rail, LUL & DLR which enables us to work with clients on projects with ever changing needs or the type of resource required.

  • Over the years you and your team have supplied Keltbray with various high skilled staff who have conducted themselves very well in every situation and have worked up a rapport with some site staff from Keltbray meaning they are on first name basis and are specifically asked for on future works. Staff sometimes move around at the last minute to accommodate cancelled or last-minute shifts, without much complaint or hassle. The office staff we deal with on a day-to-day basis bend over backwards to cover whatever we throw at them, nothing is ever an effort or issue for the guys to deal with and to be fair they usually deal with a lot of last minute requests from our side most weeks. We have a great relationship with the guys which has been built up over several years and long may it continue. Keep up the good work

  • “As Contracts Manager for B&M McHugh Ltd, I can confirm that AW Rail provided a streamlined, honest approach to the work they were involved in and were very responsive to the requirements of the project. I found aw rail to be excellent communicators and they displayed a very thorough market/industry knowledge that helped to dramatically simplify the construction process.”

  • “We continue to seek the services of AW RAIL and their work on the repairs of the Kent station drainage, canopy facia and flat roofing is a great example of why. They completed the works to a high quality throughout the project, and again their whole team remained reliable, informative, and responsive. Their approach to the project made for an unfazed and successful completion.”

  • AW Rail have supported AmcoGiffen delivering projects successfully across the South East. The team at AWR consistently deliver to a high standard and collaborate with our delivery teams sharing common goals. They are a pleasure to work with.
