Painting a station or line side building is not just about walls and windows, one of the biggest issues that these environments suffer from is the level of footfall. This results in easily damaged flooring and more importantly health and safety warnings. These can quickly become scuffed and dulled because of the sheer number of feet (and station vehicles) passing over them every hour of the day. We are competent in applying premium, industry-leading resistant paint to suit any kind of environment. We don’t skimp when it comes to safety on the railways.
We’re approved applicators of the latest commercial coatings and offer a range of cutting-edge solutions to meet your specifications and environmental challenges including intumescent, fire-retardant coatings, anti-graffiti, hygiene, and coatings for uPVC and metal coatings.
The scope of works that we can provide is exhaustive, we have worked on small ticket offices to the refurbishment of entire mainline stations. We are particularly skilled when it comes to the refurbishment of metal structures, bridges, walkways, signal gantries, barriers, railings and more, all done to Network Rails specification for protective coatings and sealants for use on the railway.
Our operatives are fully qualified to ensure the correct application of any coating and to maintain a safe working practice whilst on site. We have PTS, IPAF, PASMA, ICORR operatives at our disposal as well as safety critical staff to ensure works are carried out safely.
